个人简介

蔡瑞,博士,硕士生导师。20166-20219月于西北农林科技大学金沙9001cc 以诚为本任教,20219月加入金沙9001cc 以诚为本。主要研究方向为农产品加工与安全识别控制。近年来,主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、陕西省重点研发计划项目、陕西省自然科学基础研究计划面上项目,中国博士后科学基金面上项目、西安市科技计划项目等项目8项。同时参与国家重点研究计划项目子课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目、港澳台科技合作专项、陕西省科技统筹创新工程计划项目等国家及省部级课题多项;并参与软枣猕猴桃果肉浊汁饮料开发、陕南香系列餐饮食品开发、野刺梨饮料开发、陕南富硒茶资源开发利用、中鲁集团脂环酸芽孢杆菌检测方法构建等横向课题。先后承担本科生《食品工厂设计》、《食品包装学》、《食品生产认知实习》等专业课程的教学和实习工作。
