个人简介:

王晓琴,女,汉族,中共党员,理学博士。西北农林科技大学食品科学专业硕士,金沙9001cc 以诚为本生物资源化学与利用专业博士。20242月加入金沙9001cc 以诚为本,主要从事碳水化合物化学与营养学方面的研究。目前已在Carbohydrate PolymersFood ChemistryJournal of Agricultural and Food ChemistryFood & Function等国际期刊发表多篇SCI论文,参编英文著作一部。曾获第八届中国国际互联网+大学生创新创业大赛全国金奖/陕西省金奖、陕西省第六届和七届研究生创新成果展二等奖等荣誉。

复杂碳水化合物的结构与功能研究;糖链的化学修饰;基于生物质谱技术的糖链精细结构解析;天然寡糖的生物活性及构效关系
